Once you reach out to us, we’ll first confirm if your wedding date is available in our calendar.

If it is, you’ll choose your wedding package (and we’re happy to help you decide).

After the package is selected, we’ll sign the contract and a $500 deposit will be due to secure your date.

We require a $500 deposit, which is due at the time of signing your wedding contract.

• Week after wedding - for Instagram Reel and Teaser.

• 4 - 8 weeks for film, highlight and RAW footage.

Your final wedding film will be delivered electronically through our online cinema, where you can easily watch it on your phone, computer, or TV and download the video in high quality.

All RAW footage will be delivered separately via Google Drive for viewing and downloading.

Digital negatives refer to raw, unprocessed footage compiled into one long continuous video (typically 2–3 hours in length). This footage is not edited for pacing, sound, or camera angles.

Documentary editing, on the other hand, is a professionally edited film that tells the story of your day using footage from multiple cameras (e.g., ceremony, toasts, first dance, cake cutting, parent dances). It includes clean transitions, synced audio, and is enhanced with music to create a cohesive and cinematic viewing experience.

We do not charge additional travel fees for weddings in Cleveland, Columbus, Pittsburgh, or for events within a 100-mile radius of Cleveland, Ohio.

For other locations, travel fees may apply (such as gas, airfare, rental car, and/or hotel if needed). All travel costs are always discussed with you in advance and clearly listed in your contract before booking.
